Flanged Thermowell

Thermowell is a sheath that protects the thermo-element as part of the temperature gauge. Usually, the thermowell is used for measurements of fluid moving in a pressure vessel or vessel. So that if a replacement or repair is needed, the Thermo-element does not need to interfere with the process. Several things need to be considered in choosing a thermowell. Among them, the type of fluid measured is whether it is corrosive/abrasive, toxic / not, maximum temperature, fluid velocity, maximum pressure, stress, frequency, and so on. So that it can be determined the correct material, type of connection (flange/weld), insertion length, and thickness of the thermowell.
