Explotion Digital Pressure Gauge EX-DPG830 Series is electronic-structure and battery-powered,which make it very easy for on-site installation. Specifically, ahigh-precision piezo-resistive pressure sensor is used and the output signal is processed by the high-precision, low temperature drifting amplifier, then sentinto the high-precision A/D converter to be converted into digital signal,after being computed and processed, the actual pressure value is showed on the LCD screen.
It has some benefits: flexible use, simple operation, easy debugging,safe, reliable etc. So they have been widely used in hydro-power, water, petroleum,chemical, mechanical, hydraulic and other industries to measure and display the pressure of the fluid medium.

Installation
EX-DPG830 Series can bedirectly mounted in the hydraulic pipe on the road through the mounting thread (1/4”NPT). In critical applications,such as severevibration or shock, soft hose is strongly recommended to connect the digitalpressure gauge to reduce the effect caused by the sever vibrations and shocks.
Operation Instructions
- Open or close thegauge:short time press "ON / OFF" button,
- Shift engineeringunit: long time press "ON / OFF" button,
- Clean the peak pressurevalue: short time press "ZERO" button
- Clean the showing pressurevalue: long time press "ZERO" button (Note:only available whenwithout any pressure )
Some setting menus
- u locd: password input menu,input password1000
- u offt:auto-off time menu,available time,00~15minutes,00 means no auto-off function.
- u bclt: back light time menu,available time,00~15minutes,00 means no back light function.
- u end-: exit menu,0 or 1.0 means exiting without keeping the previous settingrecords,1 means exiting with keeping the previous setting records.
When setting menus,buttons and their functions:
- ON/OFF button:short press it to change the currently flashingvalue(when the digit is flashing) or confirm the above the change(when flashingstops).
- ZERO button:short press it to modify the currently flashing values,long press it shift the digit, for example,from 0000 to 0000.
